It's such an underrated drama film...

This movie is based on Judith Henry's novel, *Mother's Love*. At first, I was amazed by the characters' acting; their performances were great. Decisions about dilemmas and the breaking moral compass shatter every scene the characters used to live, especially the grandfather.The movie shows how much weight the characters bear in their guilt, and the internal struggle between moral and immoral, good and evil. However, this movie portrays good and evil as intertwined, with no clear moral compass, which slowly consumes a person. And In this movie, Karen Billingsley, the mother, Working at the Women's Help Center, she witnessed a lot of emotions every day. Helping others and she affected hy her own moral and immoral thoughts of her dilemmas and Her emotions are the strings.This movie is surprisingly good because cz couldn't even guess the next scenes. It's such an underrated drama film.

Very much divided

This is an intelligent if rather overwrought story regarding the consequences of not thinking through your actions. I enjoyed Faye Dunaway's performance; particularly the way her thoughts seemed to mirror the terrors she saw each day at the women's help centre. I also thought the younger sister had a terrific role, trying to understand what was happening to her family. Maybe a better script would have made this a top movie; however 7/10 for me. Bill.
