in profound sense, beautiful

An ambitious project and honest portrait of teenagers, between family, studies, death of loved one and boyfriends, plans about future and maturity exam, small talks and the leaving from home, fears, frustrations, different sources of tension and the end of childhood. But, obvious, the first virtue is to be a beautiful eulogy of friendship. The second - the status of mirror, easy being for viewer to recognize fragments or only crumbs from his teen period.A documentary charming for conflicts between girs and theirs mothers, for the transformation, for the relation with politic and for something who seems so closed by the stories of viewer. So, in profound manner, just inspired.

Interesting in parts

I found Anaïs in the movie much more interesting than Emma. Emma came across a little miserable. She reminded me of Kirsten Stewart. Her mother was kind of a irritant though and her bickering with her mom was funny. Anaïs when on screen kept the interest. She was likeable. Emma wasn't. Still worth watching.
