A Really Quiet, Boring Cool Movie

A sweet, yet predictable movie

I watched this on some movie channel the other day, and I found myself being drawn in by the story. I knew from the time the two leads met and started butting heads, that they would get together in the end. However, I was still endeared by the characters and their individual struggles that ultimately leads them to one another. Renee Goldsberry delivers a touching performance, and Terron Brooks compliments her well. He also has a great singing voice. I would love to get my hands on the soundtrack. I would recommend this movie if you are a hopeless romantic like me. And even if you are not, I would still give it a try. It is a nice story.

Finally A Positve Refreshing Movie

Finally! It's about time there was a positive refreshing movie about black people falling in love. It's great to see a movie that doesn't depend on sex, drugs and violence to tell the story. This is a must see for anyone who appreciates a good solid story.I thoroughly enjoyed it and recommend it highly. The lead actress had great screen presence. All the characters were multi-dimensional and interesting.The script was realistic and funny. This is a movie that everyone can relate to. It definitely has all the elements: great script, talented cast and excellent visuals. It kept me entertained the entire time.
