Mexican punk rock deserves a better director

I'm a survivor of Mexican Punk era. It was rougher than this la vie en rose director thinks. I'm glad they make movies about my times, but burguoais today Mexican cinema reveals its strong crisis of talent a honesty. Slow movie, boring, a great soundtrack should have been added with our great punk bands. Silence, false romanticism and a mess of editing. If you want to see the truth of those days watch "Lolo".To finish, white supremacists in Mexico give the lead role to a white actress and the supporting role to a native Mexican actress. 90% of we Mexicans are brown proud. Colonized Mexico.

Great cast!

A phenomenal look into sisterhood, poverty, and being pushed to the edge. The actresses did a great job picking up Mexican slang, and embodied 80's rock to the t. A definite must watch for any gender.
