Why choose the long and winding road?

This one is about a girl angry with her father for not recognizing her, and with her sister because she believes that she had everything she lacked.So she plots revenge as unlikely as it is awkwardly complicated: she flawlessly worked as a nanny for two years, plotting intricate acts of violence and revenge, even going so far as to kill her own father... when she could have talked to him, or, worst case scenario (pun not intended) sued him and eventually keep half of his state.This would be the short cut to get money, revenge and the lifestyle she longed for.But yes, I'm not a Lifetime movie writer.
