Plot summary

In an effort to control the city the Mayor opens the doors to the Russian Mob. It is not long until he realizes they aren't going to follow his rules. To fix the problem he accepts an offer to set up the Russians and open the door for the Cartel. When the Russians find out they take the Mayors Daughter and then the real games begin.

Ratings are betrayal

The main topic is good , thats it. Poor acting , poor script, it should be a thriller but its boring . I am quite sure that ratings such 9-10 are fake , noone can rate this high, and unfortunately because of this imdb is not credible anymore.

Good plot, terrible writing and acting

I mean come on. They shud learn from "eastern promises" to know how to make a Russian Mafia movie. To top it off, terrible acting. None of them looked convincing. Absolutely miss able movie.
