Definitely not G or PG

It's a good thing I dont have kids to introduce to this movie. Says it's G and 9+, but the violence should've made it TV14 or PG-13. That said, it's good at following the scriptures. Another reviewer mentioned the animation, but I don't let stuff like that sway my reviews. I thought it looked fine. Only reason I gave it a lower review is because I didn't feel like it was properly rated. If I was a parent, I wouldn't let my kids watch this. I'd go with something like King of Kings, Prince of Egypt or David.

Do not expect Prince of Egypt like quality. The animation is ok and not the best, it had some cool and clever visual aspects and cinematic shots that made sense.Story stays true to the bible, of course not Word of Word, but some added ideas and plots were included that made the story interesting.I just wished the movie had bigger budget or they used actual animators to animate some scenes with drawings. You will notice some reused animated sequences, such as the same fight animation reused, or soldiers marching. If you are a child, these things wouldn't matter. Speaking off age, it feels as if the movie was made for kids then again it had scenes that are inappropriate for children such as the killing scenes.Music and sound effects are not the best, some bits did had good music. It is a good animated movie that can teach some new believers the story of the bible. At least it stayed nearly true to the bible, instead of Hollywood producing it and butchering it.

Another cheap preaching movie glorifying a religions... This time it's the nomad homeless hebrews..

Annoying Story about an annoying nation. Israelis were the first religion where the 'prophet is saviour' syndrome started. Then came Christians, and finally Muslims. And from then on, the everlasting feud and chaos started. Every two-bit prophet rises once in a while and starts preaching about god being their personal property..
