Plot summary

When a bitter rivalry between two brothers finally erupts into bloody, life-changing violence it is younger bother Greg who signs up for frontline battle in France. Greg discovers a world of uncompromising brutality as we follow him on his journey through France at the outbreak of World War 2.

Very Slow Misfire for WW2 - Brothers of War

If you are looking for an action-packed war movie, this aint it. If you are looking for an engrossing love story, this is not it, either. That what is this film about? It is pretty much about a dysfunctional family in Britain at the start of WW2.One brother is a hell-raiser, and the other a loner. This is followed by a series of events that begs a great deal of disbelief to be removed from the average viewer. Even the nazis are not believable. Add the pace of the film, which is similar to one of its sponsors; a turtle racing promo (really, I kid you not), and what do you have?A mess of a misfire. Spend your time on somethng else.
