Dead County (2021) Runtime: 1 hour 29 minutesEven though the world has been taken over by the Living Dead, Wendell still finds a way to encounter the tribulations of mankind.****************************After watching this movie, I felt it should've been categorized as something else. While it had zombies, they were almost secondary to the movie, especially with the make-up of said zombies.The scenic views that we as the viewers see are great looking and well filmed. However, as I meandered through the film, I was expecting to see Clint Eastwood and Meryl Streep walking in the background, talking about The Bridges of Madison County.As a drama, we watch Wendell traverse the beautiful countryside.As a horror, we watch Wendell traverse the beautiful countryside.There just isn't a lot of action going on. Some zombies, some blood, some bad guys here and there.As a drama, I would rate this a 5.As a horror, I would rate this a 2.

Just another high school film

Don't even bother watching it. If you want a zombie movie, go watch the 2008 version of dawn of the dead. This movie sucks and is very boring. It's a drama, not horror.
