Well Done Mike Lobel!

For starters I'm a big fan of Mike having watched him as Jay Hogart on Degrassi. IMO he was one of the standouts on that show.Have seen this documentary twice now and I'm still very impressed by it. Mike put a lot into this and it must have been very hard for all members of his family to have to relive a very stressful and traumatic period of their lives. I did enjoy the hopeful ending with the family finally sitting down and taking the first steps to healing.I don't know if this was an inspiration or not but this film reminded me a lot of Sarah Polley's Stories We Tell in which Polley also explores her own family's past and a surprising discovery about her mother.Mike Lobel has a great future ahead as a filmaker and I will continue to follow his career behind the camera.
