Plot summary

After suffering years of mental abuse from her husband, Jules thinks she's finally free when a physical struggle ends in a fire that takes his life. However, she's soon pushed to the edge as she starts to believe she's seeing him at every turn.

I quite liked it

I think the negative reviewers were really being unfair to this film. Director. Darin Scott and writers Jennifer Edwards and. Amy Katherine Taylor delivered an impressive piece of suspense filmmaking with bits of Gothic horror. Tamala Jones is excellent int he role of Jules Baker, an abused wife finny coming out of her shell after losing her husband six months previously, and Lamon Archey is equally impressive as the new man in her life. It's hardly a great. Movie, but it's first-rate within the limits of Lifetime's formulas and the surprise ending is quite credible. I found it entertaining and a lot of fun.

Too Talky

Jules Walker is a talented artist who runs a studio where she teaches other artists. The paintings for the current project were self-portraits, and they were very good.The main action was a melodramatic tug-of-war between Jules and her abusive husband Billy. At the precise moment when Jules was ready to divorce him, a mysterious fire occurred in their home in which Billy died. Or did he?Jules often experiences moments when Billy returns from the grave. Is the sinister presence of Billy deriving from Jules' imagination? Or is it conceivable that he faked his death?The good questions raised in the film were undermined by an overly talky screenplay. There simply wasn't enough action to sustain any significant dramatic tension. The film bordered on opera in the long expostulations of Jules Walker. So, in every breath she takes, one must be prepared for a lengthy aria.

Tisha Campbell and the wig!!! LOL!!!!

After watching 25 minutes of this crap I turned it off and decided to write this review in order to warn others and stop anyone from wasting time in viewing this mess!!! Seeing Tisha Campbell in that wig was HILARIOUS though!!!! She looked like she should've been in an old time group like "The four tops or Yhe Temptations"!!!! LOL I'm glad I got a laugh out of that but the acting from Tamala Jones wasn't good but I guess she was doing the best she could do with what she was given??? I knew after seeing Tisha Campbell and the Wig that the movie was a joke therefore I didn't waste anymore time watching that clown show of a movie!!! The detective who played alongside Tisha Campbell was a clown too!!! Lol.
