Bowie Davidson (Jenna Kanell) has a cult following for her role in an indie horror film, "Killer Clown Killer." She has trouble capitalizing on her role as she gets short-changed on merchandise and convention appearances. Her girlfriend Jessica (Danielle Lyn) gets a major role and leaves town. She is later turned down for another role. She is told to make her own film. While at home feeling sorry for herself, a fan breaks in with a clown mask. She subdues him and then kills him on camera. In order to complete the film she entices others to her lair.
The film uses a lot of flashing sequences, perhaps as a way to show Bowie's confused mind. The film started out good but went downhill when the killing started.
