F*ck Valentines Day (2026) is a romantic comedy movie that follows a woman named Gina who hates her Valentine's Day birthday and travels to Greece to prevent her boyfriend's proposal. This is a movie that caught my attention because of some of the actors involved and didn't watch any of the trailers. Well, I just got done watching the movie and it was pretty okay.Positives for F*ck Valentines Day (2026): This is one of those rom-coms you shouldn't take too seriously and you will have fun watching it. I like the initial premise that leads to some insane things later in the movie. Virginia Gardner does a decent enough job as Gina and she is the only reason why I watched this movie. The movie has some good moments of dumb comedy. The rest of the supporting cast are having fun with their roles. The movie has a nice pace that is consistent with the 95 minute runtime. And finally, this is one of the more guilty pleasure rom-coms to have come out.Negatives for F*ck Valentines Day (2026): The movie feels like it's going through the motions of the story. You have Marisa Tomei is a role that could've been played by anyone else. The story is so cliched and predictable with everything going on. There is a scene where no one is reacting to some of the characters wearing their underwears. And finally, the movie does become background noise for other activities after a while.Overall, F*ck Valentines Day (2026) is an average rom-com for streaming service which is fine, but it was disappointing given who was in it. I really hope Virginia Gardner gets better movies soon because she is so much better than this movie.
