Tyrants and dictators have semi-developed brains

A radio broadcast announces that qualities like lust, greed, selfishness are prevalent in chimpanzees and apes, as their brains are not fully developed.In the story, we see that the characters are showing the above mentioned traits. Paulo, Baldo and Andres and exploited miners, and are victims of extortion. Andres, whose sister and mother was ill, took revenge on one of the extortionist and later he faced the same.A minor work by Diaz. A mix of mythology and realism. As in Diaz's other films, the camera remains static in all but one scene.
