Abominable

6.1 stars.Whoa, whoa, whoa, hold it right there. Are you serious right now? This is about the most irresponsible story concocted for a family film. I mean this is the type of story that makes for a good horror. Just add some scary music and jump cuts, cast some shadows on the lead male and make him look really evil (he is the monster of the story, after all). Put the lead female in a dungeon once she regains her memories, and you have a great scary movie.Outside the really strange plot, the movie is not bad, so I must be honest in giving it at least a 6.0. The acting is good and so is the music and technical aspects.I was intrigued and disgusted at the same time as I'm watching this supposed Christian man act so devious and hoodwink an innocent woman for an extended period of time. And it's all for her well being? Yeah, NO, I don't buy it. She should have been removed from the premises immediately and allowed to recuperate elsewhere.Cringeworthy and wretched idea.
