Plot summary

Reversed how I thought I'd feel about the movie

Charlie said in a podcast that even when the script was handed to him it was given with something along the lines of "eh I don't know if you're into it, it's not your style". I'm saddened to say I felt the same when I first saw the trailer, cute well done story line, but that it wouldn't click right with Charlie as the MC. I was slightly unsure of Jenny as well. I was happily proven wrong after watching. Their characters blended so well together I was thoroughly impressed with the actor's chemistry. It was the writing that felt flat. The plot had good potential and it kept my attention until the end but I felt like multiple scenes were missing that spark that would've made the scene soar.

I only watched because of charlie day

So, i only watched this because of Charlie day and i have to say it was not as bad as i thought. It was really cute and something i have not really seen before when it comes to the story. It wasn't the normal formula as other romcoms but i have to say i knew the ending from the beginning but was happy to watch it play out. I would recommend this to watch.
