Plot summary

Sam is in the prime of his life—senior year, carefree, good friends, and a new girlfriend, Ana. When a surprise pregnancy forces Sam to facedown the realties of adulthood and responsibility, things spiral out of control, as he simultaneously tries to fight to find his own truth: why his dad hasn’t been in his life since one, fading memory.

Familiar coming of age plot but I still enjoyed it

A coming of age storyline that feels like it has been done before. However, I liked this spin on the familiar plot. I enjoyed the character development and realistic script. The movie is from a male teenager's point of view. He lives with his single mother, likes to skateboard, and hang out with friends. The movie is about coming into his own while being forced to navigate some news that will change his life forever.The great acting makes up for the low budget feel and some predictability. The acting is also what kept me watching and enjoying it until the end. It is a slow burn, but I feel that it makes the movie more realistic and genuine.

Icon Draws you right into the Amazing Story

Wonderful true story that draws you right in and keeps the suspense all the way through. Great actors and great lighting and cinematography.Highly suggested watch!
