It's a nail biter..

Holy velociraptors! If you are in the mood for a thriller to keep you on the edge of your seat for the full hour and 16 minutes of the film, this is the show for you. My thirteen year old was so spooked by the end I had to hold his hand and tuck him in when he went to bed. The graphics are far beyond the expectations for movies in the year 2024. These dinosaurs aren't fake-they are ART. Each rubber tooth glistens with holy purpose. Each wobbling neck movement is a reminder that God, indeed, works in mysterious ways (and possibly with fishing wire). There are movies. There are great movies. And then there is Jurassic Exorcist, a film so bold that it makes Citizen Kane look like a rough student project and Jurassic Park feel like a nature documentary on PBS.From the opening frame-where you realize, yes, that is indeed a dinosaur puppet holding a crucifix-you know you are in for something special. The sheer audacity of combining raptors and holy water is so genius it's shocking it took cinema over a hundred years to arrive at this inevitable fusion.Never before has theology and paleontology been merged with such reckless abandon. Forget The Da Vinci Code-this is the true union of faith and science.Jurassic Exorcist is not just a movie. It is an experience. A rite of passage. A religious awakening with scales, teeth, and the power of Christ. If you watch one film before you die, make it this one-because afterward, you'll be ready for anything.

Phenomenally bad...

Now, I figured that given the movie's title that it was going to be a dubious movie. But combine that with the fact that it was Mark Polonia movie, then you know you're in for a stinker.Writer John Oak Dalton put together a pretty straightforward script, I will give him that much. Sure, it was laughably bad, but it was straightforward.Of the entire cast ensemble, I was only familiar with Jeff Kirkendall and Jamie Morgan. Yeah, I've seen far too many questionable Mark Polonia movies to be familiar with them. The acting performances in the movie were as you would assume from a low budget, amateurish movie such as this. So don't get your hopes up.The effects in the movie were so bad that you can't help my laugh. It was simply beyond my mortal comprehension that effects that terrible could see the light of day in 2023.Needless to say that the movie's cover over-sold the movie by a landslide. There is nothing in the movie that looks remotely like what is displayed on the cover.This movie is so bad, but not in a way where it is so bad that it becomes enjoyable and fun to watch. No, this was just downright terrible.My rating of director Mark Polonia's 2024 laughable movie "Jurassic Exorcist" lands on a generous one out of ten stars.

You'll like it if you enjoy camp

JURASSIC EXORCIST is about as campy as you'd expect and I must admit that I had a pretty good time with it. Look, if you hate zero budget horror movies then it's doubtful this will make you change that opinion but if you enjoy camp then there's plenty to enjoy here.The film works best when the fiery dinosaur is on screen. Yes, it looks like really bad CGI but that's just part of the charm. I really liked the look of the creature and thought it was fun seeing him running around killing folks. The performances were much better than you might expect and thankfully Polonia keeps everything moving at a fast pace.
