Not funny

Not much of a Katt Williams fan, but I decided to give it a try because I wanted to laugh. This is not it. He tried to use music and slides to make jokes, or just tried to dance around. I could not hear the audience laughing. Pretty embarassing.Seems so full of ego that he thinks anything he says will be funny. It is not.

The Kat Williams from 20 years ago is gone...

Netflix's recently released The Last Report comes 21 years after The Pimp Chronicles Part 1 debuted on HBO...and it is awful. The Kat I grew up watching over 20 years ago is gone. Kat appears to have gone the way of Chapelle, getting too preachy and forgetting the audience came for jokes, not just social commentary. Although I did laugh once or twice, this one hour stand-up is unfortunately largely devoid of humor.

What are you doing mate?

I think Kat in his recent round of podcast appearances with the likes of Theo Von are some of the funniest conversations I've seen. I just can't stand this American way of crowd interaction where half the show is spent getting the audience to clap for inane things like "being Latino"! As if we are sat at home waiting for our ethnic group to come around so we can whoop! I watched the first 2 minutes, then fast forwarded to half way to see if he settled in but it's totally unwatchable. All these guys have lost the edge! Chapelle, Kat, even Ricky Gervais all just do these cash grabs with zero shame and about 20 minutes prep time.
