Worst movie i've ever seen

I'm convinced that the director of this movie has never seen a movie, or seen people having a conversation before. This has made me realize that If I made a movie myself with a $100 budget it could probably make it onto Tubi. Seriously, how did this make it onto a streaming platform? What was the budget of this movie?
