Plot summary

Peyton Pepper, a goal-driven podcast producer, is forced to mold Alex McKinney, a brash loose cannon, into her next star and create the perfect show to save both of their careers. That show comes in the form of finding Peyton’s iconic idol, true love. But as the duo goes along for the ride, they are the ones who find love–once they open their hearts and listen.

Listen for love

Stephanie Bennett and Mark Ghanime' so good so compatable.Wish he did not have that awful beard looks so much better without it.Beautiful scenery interesting podcasts.

Fingernails on a chalkboard

The premise is similar to many others but enough different to be interesting.My problem was that Mark Ghanimé was so irritating that it set the tone and I never got into the swing of the movie.Both leads spoke a lot of mumbo jumbo in the beginning regarding self-actualization which also turned me off.I said the premise was interesting, but that might be because it was so odd- the idea of manufacturing love for Jackie in just a few weeks and then broadcasting the whole personal experience. Can love be a self-actualized experience?There might have been chemistry between the leads, but I was too blinded by Alex's early posturing and I just never got past that characteristic in him.
