Good grief.

A new low for Hallmark. Zero chemistry even in a beautiful setting. Not that there was even a faint attempt at describing the Amazon scenery.Talk about women empowerment ! Jaicy Elliott spends most of the movie with a "deer in headlights" look, reading a book, complaining and quoting inane and irrelevant passages. The supporting cast is downright unpleasant and zero attempt at humor or lighthearted exchanges. As another reviewer said, who would sit around in such a remarkable setting reading a book and complaining all the time.

Hallmark lackeys

6.0 stars.Who are these stooges who give high praise reviews for this disaster of a movie? Need I point out what everyone else already can see? The lead female has a cute face.The riverboat delivering generic boxes to hundreds of people out in the bush down the Amazon, is such a cool premise. The lack of any enthusiasm and chemistry makes this a total dud.Good luck.

Just not good

I tried. I really did. This just did not work for me. I like the campy Hallmark movies and this was just bad. There was no fun parts to it. I echo some other reviews. No chemistry and who brings a suitcase full of books on any vacation? I appreciate the atypical female lead but it just wasn't a good movie.
