Every hockey fan needs to see this...

I disagree with the critics here. Yeah, there's been more than a few 'Miracle on Ice' movies over the years but I found this show to be special.I remember that time well, and those games. I was actually at that pre-olympics exhibition game, at the Garden in NYC, for the USA's 10-3 drubbing. This show, and those games, were about much more than hockey games. Having commentary and insight from the players that were there and lived it, lent great perspective. Now 45-46 years later, these guys still get teared up reliving that experience. A very special time in history and sporting history. Sympathies to those that can't relate to anything they didn't read on google.

Do you believe in Miracles?!

An enjoyable documentary on the Miracle on Ice from the US Hockey team in 1980. It's a perfectly timed release heading into the 2026 Olympics. The use of archive footage was perfect, I enjoyed that they allowed the original skaters to watch the interviews and add commentary. Such a great moment in US history!

Just enjoy the way it makes you feel!

Having all the players back really brought this documentary to life. I wasnt born yet for this but have grown up a die hard hockey fan. It is so enjoyable to put yourself in the moment with this group of 20 young men. It felt so amazing to hear what they felt. The gravity that this documentary pulled you in with is so immense. Ive skated on the rink, been in the locker room and it still feels surreal what happened in that arena in the winter of 1980. Go get the gold in Milan USA!
