A thoughtful and funny indie

Misfits follow a group of friends that are one those right found family groups each with their own problems and there own arcs. It has a shameless vibe, it was that kind of indie that takes a bit to get going but by the end I really cared about the characters. It was well written and felt realistic even in situations that were a bit fantastical. It was really funny in addition to giving that heartfelt feel you really do empathize with them and their struggles to survive and maybe even find more. I definitely recommend.

Fun watch with some outstanding performances

Such a fun watch for this time of year! This movie is more than just a Christmas flick. Perfect mix of comedy and drama. I thought the relationships in the film were the strongest storyline, especially with Becca and Ryan. I thought the younger couple was outstanding with great performances from Jake Hollister and Lily Grace, hope to see them in more movies. Kat Reeve also did a great job. I would definitely recommend this film to anyone looking for something to watch on Amazon prime.

Misfits is a Great Multi-Genre Holiday Season Film!

Great performances from Sam Meola and CeeCee Simone. Good mix of comedy and drama and really fun pro wrestling work in the ring by Meola and Christian Levens. Russell Levin, Kat Reeves, Jacob Burke and Carlie Kauffman round out the lead cast with solid performances as well. Kris McMenamin created a well-told story and directed a highly entertaining film.
