Accurate portrayal of the struggle, I enjoyed it!

I believe this film offers a unique and thought-provoking perspective on Asian immigration in New York by blending magical realism with an exploration of the fetishization of Asian women.

Its innovative storytelling approach not only enriches the narrative but also provides a fresh lens through which to examine complex cultural issues.

By using irony to address these themes, the film challenges viewers to reflect on the intersection of culture, identity, and perception in a way that is both original and impactful.

By that context, I do think it accurately portrays the struggle and the very real sadness that many Asian American immigrants faced in the pursuit of the American dream.

Chi chi bomb bomb!

Every Asian stereotypes you can muster to sling for the western audience entertainment, you will probably find in this movie. Tacky, cringe worthy and mostly fictional to other Asians for sure. It's downright offensive. Crazy Leech Asians for that time. It's also a nice vocal auditory for Sakura to showcase her ding dong cha cha laced songs to be used as background accompaniment for certain scenes. Bad wooden presumptuous acting. Stale wonton anyone?
