Could of been a great film

Upon viewing this film, I found myself somewhat perplexed, questioning its genre; at times, it seemed to be a thriller, while at other moments, it appeared to present comedic elements. Ultimately, I was left uncertain regarding its intended classification. The film seemed to aspire to emulate works like "The Usual Suspects," replete with intricate twists and turns, although it ultimately fell short of that ambition. I perceived it as rather comical, leaving me unsure whether this was an intentional choice by the creators.The cinematographic style, particularly the lighting reminiscent of a visit to a shadowy alley fraught with sinister undertones, was particularly off-putting. I recognize that my commentary may lack clarity, as I struggle to articulate my thoughts on the matter. I experienced a noticeable decline in interest, necessitating frequent pauses-approximately five times-before I ultimately concluded the viewing. While it was not the worst film I have encountered, I acknowledge that the acting was reasonably competent.

The more we watched.....

The lower the rating.It was painful to watch. Like fingernails on a chalkboard. The plot went haywire a third of the way in. If you paid really close attention, you would see mistake after mistake. And what's sad is that there was a pretty good premise at the beginning of the movie.To be perfectly honest, we watched the movie just to see how it ended. Every so often you'll see that one movie that makes you think "Why did I spend the time to watch this thing"? This was one of those times.The only redeeming part of this movie was one brother's love for the other. And even then it didn't help.It happens, I guess.
