Plot summary

When a massive hurricane threatens the Brody Peninsula, Abby Fields, a full-time nurse to a housebound coma patient, is forced to stay behind to care for her. This puts her directly in the hurricane's path, but even worse - it puts her directly in the path of Dr. Carl Highstrom, a storm chasing serial killer who uses storms to cover up his heinous crimes.

Cat 3 Hurricane and Patio Pillows Didn't Move

So unbelievable. I live at the ocean, and a tropical storm does more damage than the Cat 3 that moved through the "Brody Peninsula" in this movie. The islanders would have known before the day of the impending hurricane and protocols would have been in place for evacuation of someone on life support. Yes, some people don't heed the warnings to evacuate, but nothing else in this movie was realistic. Seriously, the patio furniture cushions and pillows were intact when the hurricane exited the area!

It was ok

I thought the weather guy was totally wacko. I mean he was way out there.Can you imagine if our weather folks went nuts like this because we don't listen to their storm warnings? We'd all be goners!

Typically Predictable Plot

Did anyone not know who was going to save the day at the end of the movie? If you didn't, shame on you.Rib Hillis, who wouldn't have a career if it weren't for Lifetime and other TV movies, is too over the top here as the bad guy. I guess with a title like this, it is what we should expect, but any semblance to believability was destroyed by him chewing the scenery. But it is a Lifetime movie, after all. Expectations should be low to begin with.
