Good for Zero Budget

Not too bad for a bunch of friends getting together to make a character driven found footage horror movie for essentially zero dollars. Even contained some decent blood and smoke special effects. If you're into low budget found footage movies then you might enjoy this little nugget, it's definitely worth a shot.

Great effort that deserves credit

We stumbled upon this film accidentally when it autoplayed after the movie we had just watched. We had never done this before but were having a lazy day and just went with it.And.... enjoyed it. The film certainly had major limitations that much was obvious but it was well enough crafted to at least keep us interested. Having not been aware of the film previously, we researched it a bit in line as you do, and the information we discovered about the production made the film much more impressive than it would appear to the casual viewer.The 5/10 is an honest score for a blind viewing (as the filmmakers have asked for). If you take into account the production constraints reported 10/10 for commitment is deserved.

Way better than it should have been

While this is very clearly a no budget, and I am guessing little to no experience film, I really think it delivered in the final act. Some of the visuals and audio were genuinely creepy and there was legitimate tension for the entire back half of the movie, when the plot finally started to move along. Our unseen cameraman main character gave a well above average performance for the genre, with the other cast member's performances ranging from less than stellar to pretty solid. They did a good job of keeping the movie fairly well lit and the camera actually focused, avoiding the usual pitfalls of a micro budget found footage trying to hide its flaws. They forced in enough dialogue to give the audience an idea of what is going on, but didnt feel the need to force answers to every question that we might have. Obviously this isn't a perfect movie, but all things considered it is a watchable and interesting enough film, especially if you are already a fan of found footage.
