This is one of those movies which is enjoyable but which leaves the conciousness almost as soon as the end credits roll. The plot is quite straightforward and moves along nicely without doing anything especially original. The cast (including the always excellent Fumino Kimura) perform their roles competently but without leaving much of an impression. There are some lovely locations and nice cinematography. The villain is a bit cartoonish and over the top in a fun way and watching the secretaries do their stuff is enjoyable if predictable. I know this all sounds negative but if viewed as content to pass an enjoyable couple of hours it won't disappoint, I found it a fun movie. Just don't expect anything more.
