Plot summary

After serving a 10-year sentence on a RICO charge, reformed gangster Tommy 'Ace' Crown returns home to find his 15-year old daughter Sierra missing after she ran away with a man she met online. When the police decline to help, Ace is determined to track her down himself.

Could have been something special

Just finished watching this on Tubi, I have slime dryer sound if it so I thought I would give it a go.Oh boy how wrong I was. Now the story was fine even though it was nothing new, and the main actor has the presence to make some good action movies if given the right movie and alas this wasn't it.The film suffered from not a bad movie feel but an awful z movie feel to it.We w ent from very loud bad rap music almost all the way through the movie, it is meant for us the viewer to feel the movie but it fails badly.Then the same awful music is through most of the scenes in the film, especially the action scenes.Come on we want good action scenes not action scenes with overly loud bad rap music through the movie all the time.This is how you will know your watching a z movie because most of the dialogue, action scenes and all the other scenes are covered with music, which makes the film an awful watch.'don't go wasting your time with this trash.Anyone who scores this film higher than a three has something to do with this film.A hard two star rating.

This movie is not very good

I picked this movie because it looked like a fast paced action packed revenge thriller.It has some of these elements. But the action is meh, there is much more focus on 'drama' and big man talking big talks. The use of guns in this movie is 99% pointing and only 1% shooting.Much of the dialogue feels out of place or sounds just ridiculous.The main love interest is just there to be a love interest with nothing about her that makes her interesting. The protagonist just stares at her butt, and then when she hears he is a big boy she suddenly is also attracted to him. It is forced, and she chews gum while serving, so she kinda nasty.The music is really in your face, it didn't really do anything for me, but if you like these kind of tracks, that could make the movie better for you,So I didn't believe the main love interest, but most of the other actors do a decent job. I would even say the protagonist has a lot of charisma that could really work with a better script and stunt coördinator.

Top actor , Bottom shelf

The main character of this film simply was not enough to carry the overall acting and storyline through to the finish. I generally like revenge/Action movies but this one was a clean miss. I try my best to find all the qualities of a good movie with good directing, filmography and acting. This one did not deliver. The main character was strong though. For that alone I gave 3 stars.
