A gritty independent film

If you enjoy indi films with relatable characters over souless big budget blockbusters, I recommend this one, several laugh out loud moments from Holly as she navigates (at times clusmily) her way through the ever changing city scape. Some heart warming stories are intertwined with relatable characters. Stealing the Sky left me entertained!

Marie Dame is terrific

This movie captures the heartbreak of having to leave your home because you're a victim of condo development hell. At the same time it captures the humour of people who can't stand each other living side by side. Marie Dame is terrific as the film's emotional core as she navigates her mean-spirited airbnb guests, emotionally bruised ex-boyfriend, and overbearing mini-celebrity sister.

Toronto Proud

The City of Toronto is not just featured in this film about life in the big city, it is like one of the characters.It's great to see Toronto as the uniquely Canadian city it is and not a pretend or anonymous city in the USA.Congrats to Marie Dame for having the bravery to make this a genuinely Toronto film!
