A vulgar female comedian? Well, I never!

I always find it interesting when positive reviewers find it necessary to attack people who don't quite "get" the thing they like. This is the case here, looking at these other reviews. Why so defensive? If you enjoyed this, then good luck to you. There are many mansions in comedy heaven!For my part, I found this totally unfunny - and I always feel one of the important things about a comedian is that they be funny. "Did it make me laugh?" is a question I always put to myself after a comedy show or a movie. Nothing whatsoever wrong with vulgarity, and as far as I'm concerned, no subject, bar none, is off-limits for comedy. But... Don't forget to add the laughs. This woman neglected that very important part of being a stand-up comedian. She's got the vulgarity down pat. Now she just needs to learn some jokes.

This was so hard to watch all the way through. She maybe had 2 jokes that were SEMI funny but nothing more intelligent than my 10 year old nephew could think up. This middle aged woman stands on stage for an hour and talking about how she has a hairy body, hemorrhoids and loose cavities. I imagine her gimmick is just making fun of herself but it felt more self degrading than comical. I'm not familiar with her so I'm not sure if this is a character of hers or genuinely herself but the way she presents herself is absolutely disgusting. I LOVE raunchy comedy that pushes the line but this wasn't that. Long story short, I hope your not reading this AFTER you've already wasted your time.

The idea of her is way funnier

Than the actual experience.In other words, reading about her and her show is more fun than sitting through her unsubtle idea of comedy like a runaway train that starts out at the peak and runs downhill to the level ground in about 10 mins then sputters the rest of the way.That said, there is a demographic for that sort of tripe out there. So I wish her all the best.
