Plot summary

Centuries after the Great Flood, riders compete in death races on the water to secure shelter for their people behind the walls of Argos. Rebellious storm riders Neb and Ana look to uncover hidden truths by breaking through the storm.

AI slop

So much CGI and AI slop that it's near impossible to sit through and watch this rubbish.The acting is actually not terrible but man, these overly CGI'd....everything makes me more feel like I'm watching a 2016 video game than a movie to be immersed in.Huge pass and I seriously doubt there will ever be a sequel as the paid people that have upvoted this will not be enough to make it a success in real life...

Ambitious effort but unbearable

I really wanted to like this film. I wondered why it was only playing at one, smaller theater. After seeing Storm Rider, it became very clear, this movie is not very good. It was poorly written with the baroness being the only competent actor and the plot was confused by the flashbacks vs. Visions. Getting struck by lightning on purpose to become a great offshore racer seems a stretch. But the real stars were the boats which were powered by a mysterious force and built by craftsmen unknown. Bad, bad, very bad.

Not My Cup

How sweet, announcing Billy Barratt as first! But mind you, his role in this Croatian movie is hidden in the first quarter of this movie, then his character is grown up and played by another actor.92,34% of this movie was already shot 8 years ago: according to my source the 35-day shoot took place in 2018 along the Adriatic coast, including locations like the island of Hvar, Pag, and Split. Additional shooting occurred in 2021 and 2024, involving locations in Belgrade. So it really took a long time to complete this production. And Billy Barratt, now almost 19yo, was then barely 11!About the movie: nothing exciting rather than some wonderful locations.
