A beautiful dialogue

Such a profound and philosophical dialogue, but also political. Mind it when seeing the average score, as I can't see no reason for a zero. Be prepared to face life facts powerful enough to make convictions fell apart, and also to face how time can be evil and cruel, but to remember the rarest flowers bloom in the marsh.

Brilliant observations that will be missed by many

In an age of fast paced, CGI fueled doomsday and dystopian BS comes this gem with such scyth-like astute observations on growing old. Not only touching on the physical but also loneliness and isolation, irrelevance to the young guns, and of course the slower pace of life. I am not surprised that so many got it and at the same time so many did not. The interactions with the daughter were also profoundly spoton. Only 9 as it slowed off in pace for a bit but was not far from a 10 anyway.

What?!

Still don't understand how anyone thought this was a good idea as a movie!!!Literally it's two guys sitting on a bench talking. That's the movie. They talk. Then they keep talking. Then they talk some more. If someone left at minute 20 to get a coffee and came back at minute 60 they wouldn't have missed anything. This isn't cinema, it's filmed theater... and not even well filmed. The camera just sits there like someone's cousin recording the play on their phone to send to the family WhatsApp group. Zero visual ideas, zero movement, nothing. The actors do what they can but everything feels exaggerated and theatrical, like they're waiting for applause from an audience that obviously isn't there because... surprise... this is supposed to be a movie.I genuinely don't understand who thought this could work outside a theater. If they wanted to preserve the play they could have just filmed the stage performance and that's it. Making people sit through this in a movie theater feels like a prank.
