Sort of OK

I liked the overall concept of the body/mind connection. The modern world is full of stress. It's not just a single event that causes some kind of trauma or stress response, it's our rush-rush, hurry-hurry modern life. We are constantly trying to be as productive as possible, in a hurry, squeeze in as much as you can. And then when we're exhausted, when we start to have problems, when the usual coping mechanisms stop working, we feel even worse, because we blame ourselves! The body keeps a kind of "imprint" of all our stress. It can cause headaches, insomnia, low energy, digestive problems, body aches, depression, anxiety, even mood swings. So that part was helpful. Just being mindful and aware of how I'm feeling as well as mindful and aware of what I'm thinking. Because it's the messages that we tell ourselves that mess us up the most. Learning strategies to cope with our stress is not optional, it's actually really necessary for optimal functioning. So whether it's this NET thing, or meditation, or box-breathing, or gardening, or cooking, or playing golf, or dancing, or singing, or running, or painting, or making jewelry - whatever - addressing your stress is vital for the health of your body and your mind.

This is just commercial

This is in short a very long commercial for the different doctors treating patients. They go over the same stuff over and over again, not giving away anything you can use yourself. This could have been shortened to a ten minutes long commercial.
