Low quality movie made worse by Yoshié Bancroft's vocal fry

I can enjoy low budget movies, if they have a decent plot and believable characters. This movie did not have those. You cannot turn a normal character into a serial killer for an unreasonable motive. And the dialogue... The characters just stop in the scenes and start talking about what they are thinking, who did what in the past, what they suspect and so on, this is not good story telling. And lastly, my biggest issue with this movie is Yoshié Bancroft's vocal fry. She does not do it just at the end of words or sentences, it's nonstop! In every word she speaks. It was so annoying that I considered quitting the movie several times.
