Can't believe I rented this

Where to begin? The film looks like it was shot with an iPhone with as few decent production values as possible. The "plot" drags on with terrible editing and continuity.The film uses local townspeople to fill roles and it shows. Kudos to the director for trying to keep the local flavor going but it's not enough to drag this turkey along.The sheriff and his daughter try to mend their estrangement but there is little chemistry to add any real character development.The over-the-top few positive reviews have got to be cast members or friends.Can I get my 2.99 rental fee back?

Small sample?

How does something so mediocre get such a high rating? Perhaps a small sample = skewed data. The skewed = screwed when you pay for a rental. It was like watching people who had never acted before trying to make it through an acting class with very little direction. Follow that with zero momentum and flawed effects - almost a failure.

What did I even watch?!

So I'm from Trinity, grew up and graduated from there. This was quite honestly the worst adaptation of Trinity and its police force. The acting was absolutely horrible, it looks as though it was shot with an early 2000's phone camera. I like that some of the Trinity scenery was portrayed, but that was a horrible movie. Honestly, a waste of $3.00. I stayed to think that maybe it was meant to be a comedy? That would make more sense. Honestly, absolutely horrid and would not recommend to anyone. Come one guys....this could have been done so much better.
