It's watchable, but it's not really professional

The start is interesting, but then....... possessed by Dracula/Jack the Ripper?It turns out to be just another exorcism movie. There was just one scary moment, the rest is below average.I can't recommend this one.

Amazing was what you can do with talent, hard work and good story, even without a Hollywood budget.

Over the years there have been many big budget Hollywood films that focus more on visual effects than the story. What I like about low budget independent cinema is the fact that without the money, you have to rely on the story and the talent to make a decent film.This is the case with The Devil came home.I thought this is a great little film. The writing is great and the direction is really, really good.The tension is slowly built and the film keeps you hooked from beginning to end.The performances from the actors/actresses are good and each character is portrayed really well.I can imagine that with a Hollywood budget behind him, the writer/director could really make some entertaining movies that would stand well alongside some of the horror classics.
