Plot summary

After being raised and abused in the foster care system, twin brothers find refuge with a group of misfits who turn out to be a violent band of criminals. Now on the the run for their lives, they find themselves in a small town in Utah where they meet a family that will prove to change their lives forever by providing the spiritual guidance and love that they have so desperately sought for.

9's and 10's really?

This movie is the result of a writer who thought he could also direct, and a director who thought he could also write.There are very solid reasons why a movie needs a professional writer, a seasoned director and good actors, sadly this movie does not harbor any of these talents.And before all the people who gave 9's and 10's attack my post, have me deleted or black listed, can you at least be honest with yourselves about the quality of the end product and the amateurish acting, poor story and weak execution?When you write and also direct the same feature, your cannot discern between the two roles.Francis Coppola tried it and he has a 50 year career in film.What was the result?Megapolis cost 125 million of his own money and it was a disastrous flop at the box office.There is no way a writer can write and direct without their ego getting in the way.This film is poorly written, the acting over the top and very over rated especially by those giving this film 9 and 10 scores.Please people if you are truthful, judge it based on merit and do not give high ratings because you are cast member friends.The sets were ok, the editing poor and the directing lacking.Overall mediocre. 2/10.

Beautifully Humble

The Last Page is about the discovery of ones spirituality in modern day Utahn times. It's emotional, thought provoking, and heartfelt. I've shed tears both times I've watched it. It delivers what it intends and hopefully helps you draw closer to your loved ones. We never know what the future has in store. For the budget, talent and timeline it has, it's a great movie! The main actors stay true to their original character, there's no complicated story line. I can appreciate that in a fast moving world that we live in now days. Our entertainment can also include complicated-ness but the Last Page brings it all back home. A simple, humble, well written, well produced, a little bit of action, lots of humor, Sunday kinda sit back at home evening watch. I loved it!

I've watched it 3 times!

Thank you for making this film. I've never seen any other film introduce the Book of Mormon in such a modern day light the way this one has. It was edifying, sad, funny, and some parts totally caught me by surprise! That's why I enjoyed it so much. From the beginning I couldn't wait to see what unraveled next. The movie went by fast and kept me engaged the entire time. I loved the characters, the twist and turns, the humor, and how it all came together at the end. Truly a blessed a movie. It puts into perspective how there are good people out there and God does deliver them. I hope there will be a part 2!
