I tried to like this and failed

Yes this is a story, and it's a bit different than typical stories. However the delivery was beyond horrible. Our main character as a stand-up comic? The only thing funny about him is he hasn't met with a tragic fatal accident. Do not trust the other reviews. The actors in this film are mechanical as if they were friends of the writer who were asked to read a few lines. The cinematography isn't even as good as an iPhone film. The whole movie is a train wreck. I gave this a 2 star rating for the meager fact that it tried to be different from other movie plots. It was different, and it still sucked out loud. Unfunny, unpolished and poorly implemented.

Surprise

The characters in this story give us a taste of what relationships are truly like - especially between two brothers. Sibling rivalry in adulthood. The main character struggles to make his life meaningful only to find that life doesn't always turn out the way we would like it to. Definitely worth watching!
