Made me love Uranus

Not a fan of mayor Perfect, casting perfect directing perfect editing. It's too bad that mayor not funny at all ruined experience . I feel bad that the actors had to work with such a narcissist. Buy the mayor a mirror and he will be happy for the rest of his life. Again, the rest of the cast was great but it takes one bad apple. I wanted to like this so much, but oh well.

The best thing that ever came out of Uranus

Does it have a lot of butt jokes? Yes, yes it does. However, unlike the myriad low budget comedy horror movies out there, this one is actually a good movie. The writing is superb, the filmography is great, and it's surprisingly family friendly. Bonus: if you are a comedy fan, there are easter eggs! Give Uranus the attention it deserves!

This was a blast...

Without ever having heard about this 2024 sci-fi comedy titled "Uranus Attacks", as I stumbled upon it here in 2025, I needed no persuasion to sit down and watch it. The movie's title alone was more than sufficient for me to pick it up. Plus, the fact that I hadn't already seen it, nor heard about it, also helped to that fact.The storyline in the movie, as written by J. R. Timothy, was enjoyable and entertaining. It has some good funny moments to spruce up the narrative. There are a lot of Uranus jokes. And I have to say that it catered well to my sense of humor. Yeah, I have that immature sense of humor.While I usually have an aversion towards movies that are written by, directed by and starring the one and the same person - J. R. Timothy in the case of this movie - then I will say that this movie actually broke that assumption, because the movie was well-written and enjoyable to watch.I was not familiar with a single actor or actress on the cast list. No surprise there, really. The acting performances in the movie were fair.My rating of directors Josh Miller and J. R. Timothy's 2024 movie "Uranus Attacks" lands on a well-deserved six out of ten stars.
