Represent the Asian Community

WORTH THE WAIT I I At it's central core - Worth the Wait is just yet another Hallmark-Netflix-esque whimsical romantic comedy but in an era where the Asian community is still underrepresented this is a nice feel-good addition. A large cast (a little too big) do their best with the joy special mention to Osric Chau. Tom Lin handles it well. Again nothing terribly memorable.

Was this made so lackluster actors and actresses get another movie under their belt?None of the stories were great, the characters had no chemistry, the acting was stiff .. overall a waste of time.This may have been decent if they weren't so busy trying to check off particular boxes.I anticipated their lives to be more interwoven than they were.Basically all the local Asian Americans crossed paths along the way in their lives, but nothing monumental happened as a result.I have to make this review longer to meet the word max.All I can say is - when will a decent movie be made?It has been several years of nothing but flop after flop after tiresome flop being churned out by every single 'studio' that calls themselves making movies.
