I thoroughly enjoyed it and found it to be a truly unique and well-crafted work. The director's use of campy humor, exaggeration, and a hybrid style with animation stood out to me. It's easy to see why it was selected and premiered at the Rotterdam IFF.I especially appreciated how the performances often blurred the line between theater and film, creating an intriguing dynamic. The characters were each distinct and well developed. One thought I had was that, in some moments, the colours might have benefited from being more oversaturated to align with the vivid overarching theme. However, the more subdued palette could very well have been a deliberate juxtaposition. I think the film could benefit from a more developed script and/or performers, but it is a film worth watching.
