An unsettling, disturbing and well made documentary

The first thing that struck me about this film was the excellent production value for what I imagine was a relatively low budget film.This true story paranormal documentary focuses on a real life team as they investigate hauntings at an asylum over the course of years. The historical context was quite interesting and the combination of real life footage combined with cinematic footage of actors was really cool.The cinematography and sound design were both pretty well done.Unfortunately, the film feels a little too long. A 20 minute shorter runtime could have made this a 5 star film.
