Solid Spanish Slow-burn Thriller - don't let English dub ruin it

A lot of the lower ratings for Firebreak feel like they're coming from one thing: the English dubbing. And honestly... yeah, the dub isn't great. But that's not the film's fault, and it's a shame it's dragging the whole movie down and shaping people's opinions.Watched the right way, this is actually a quietly enjoyable psychological thriller with a unique storyline and a steady, tense atmosphere that builds as it goes. It's a slow burn, but in a good way - the kind that keeps you leaning in rather than checking your phone.The acting is solid, and the film does a great job using cutscenes to shift tone and reveal pieces at the right time. Those edits add a lot to the mood and keep the story feeling layered rather than linear.Most importantly: it keeps you guessing until the end. It doesn't spoon-feed you answers, and the uncertainty is part of what makes it work. If you like psychological thrillers that play with perspective and tension rather than cheap jump scares, this is worth your time.Big recommendation: watch it in Spanish with English subtitles - it makes a huge difference.8.1/10. Dont listen to others ...

I might have given it a 7. But seeing others give such low scores, I gave it a bonus of +1. A very well-made thriller, great cinematography, story, and conduct! Time well spent!The jungle, the vibe was beautiful, the suspect's role was artistically made! Spanish movies are indeed quite a relief from cliche hollywood thrillers.Bravo, Netflix, for bringing it on!

Waste of time

Is hard to describe, horrible acting, she is absolutely annoying and not credible at all, the parents are so toxic that you not want to kid come back, only to screw them, was not even possible to finished.I'm sure the good reviews are from family or people that was part of the production, otherwise not make sense, nobody is capable to have a positive reaction to this absolutely garbage.
