While I champion indie filmmaking, I have to call them as I see them. "Foster Home Seance" is bad. I'm not sure what the filmmakers were thinking. This shot in El Paso carbuncle looks like it was filmed on somebody's phone. The script, something about a foster home being shut down after one of the wards commits suicide (but has the death officially attributed to rabies (!) and the surviving children agreeing to meet there years later after one of their own, an actor, dies, so they can conduct a seance, could have been something truly creepy in more adept hands. The budget must have been virtually zip, because the movie utilizes somebody's house and a doctor's office as the main sets. I also suspect that the script was more of an idea than an actual script, because the 68-minute run time feels like a cinematic death march; instead of rising action, creepy imagery, etc., we get close ups of people applying toothpaste to toothbrushes, washing dishes, and inserting car keys into ignitions, which isn't helped by the erratic editing, seemingly improvised dialog, and tinny sound (no boom mike, apparently) The whole endeavor screams, "tax write off".

Cool throwback horror

Ok his movie is a cool 80's throwback horror flick, some might take it series and miss the humor but of understood it's well done.
