Harassment

The bottom line is that this movie is about the constant badgering and harassment of a woman (Hope, played by Sweeney) by her ex-boyfriend (Jack played by Hogan). She moves away for a fresh start at a beloved ranch and gets involved in a local cause only to discover that Jack has followed her to this town and will now constantly badger her. That is the central theme of the movie, with the poorly done farming scenes being, frankly, just silly. Have never been a fan of Sweeney and this movie just reinforces that view. Poorly acted, no chemistry, painful to watch and the bad cosmetic work does not help.

Big Disapointment

I like Hallmark movies and am generally pretty forgiving when it comes to the story lines - but this was just a disaster. Allison Sweeney did her usual good acting, but had no chemistry with her leading man - who was a borderline stalker. So much of this movie made no sense. She is going to run a guest ranch completely on her own? She is going to do all the cooking and cleaning for guests and take care of the animals? It was completely unrealistic. And I couldn't get by how she had 4 horses, yet they kept showing other horses in the back ground. And the situation with the water made no sense at all.I watched until the end, but I have to admit it was difficult.

Good Grief!

Norman in a cowboy hat!? Good grief! Simply impossible to get used to. Also, the phrase" have that forever kind of thing" is just cringy. Who wrote this script? I've lived around a lot of cowboys, and none of them have pre=sented as toe scuffing and inarticulate as the writer(s) make the character of Jack.Sweeney and Hogan had far more going in Murder She Baked than they do in this pairing, but even that wasn't enough! Maybe that's why I was a bigger fan of Mike ( Cameron Mathis) in that series. This is just one big mismatch!
