It was actually an adequate movie...

I actually watched the 2026 movie "Tempted 2 Love" before watching the 2024 movie "Tempted by Love". And truth be told, I wasn't overly impressed with the sequel, so I didn't exactly harbor the biggest of expectations to this first movie. But still, since it was a movie that I hadn't already seen, of course I gave it a fair chance.Writer Tamara Gregory put together a fair enough script. Sure, it was corny and campy, but with just the right amount of sap to make it an entertaining enough narrative.I was familiar with Garcelle Beauvais, Loretta Devine, Lela Rochon and Donna Biscoe on the cast list. The acting performances in the movie were good.Luckily, I found "Tempted By Love" to be a more enjoyable movie than its far more generic sequel, as this 2024 movie focused more on the romance and relationship, whereas the sequel spent too much of its focus on the food and cooking. While "Tempted By Love" is a watchable movie, it is hardly one that warrants more than a single viewing.My rating of director Tailiah Breon's 2024 movie "Tempted By Love" lands on a five out of ten stars.

Romance and Cooking delight

When I saw the word Tempted on the title, I was hoping it wasn't going to be one of those fatal attraction movies. I was so pleased after watching it, that it was definitely for the romantic at heart.Garcelle Beauvais' acting was exceptional. I had seen Vaughn. W Hebron, in other TV shows, but his handsome self was perfect for this romantic storyline.After watching this movie, I said to myself, she has to come out with a sequel, and she did. So once you watch Tempted by Love, you must watch Tempted 2 Love.These 2 movies will definitely be my go to movies, to watch over and over.
