Plot summary

The Secret Seam is a literal rip in the fabric of the universe. Nobody knows what it does, but there are those that are willing to kill others to find it, and the map to its location has just fallen in Jonathon Child's lap.

Great story line poor execution

The story line off this film is actually really good, and it's the only reason I watched the whole way through. The leads acting wasn't the worst I've seen but the friend... Wow... His tone off voice didn't change once, not to mention the huge delays between words like he was reading off a script in front off him. The other huge problem is that the graphics special effects and cgi are the 2nd worse I've ever seen and I've watched some poor films. It's essentially all cgi, there are people floating as they walk, gaps in the frame like a really bad photoshop job, I'm pretty sure this was filmed all in one room and the actors were never in that room together as can be seen in the few shots that they 'appear together' as you can see the overlay.

The Truth Beyond

Jonathan Child (David Gilleand) works at home conducting job interviews. He is contacted by his friend Oscar Flint (Michael Zahra) who loves conspiracy theories. Jonathan finds himself in the middle of trouble and a conspiracy theory when "the Hunter" kills his step-father searching for a thumb-drive. He eventually finds the drive but is wanted by the police and his mother is kidnapped. He contacts Oscar as they open the drive and discover it is a code to locate "The Seam." Oscar contacts Chuck Higgins (Justin Lomas) who operates a conspiracy vlog. He explains "the Seam" is the granddaddy of conspiracy theories and even conspiracy loyalists don't believe. The Seam is a split in the fabric of the universe that is located only in specific locations and can only be seen at certain angles. They need to find the grid to decode.This is the ultimate low budget film. The plot was different and might have created interest if the characters and effects were better. The entire film was shot from computer or camera phones. It would have been nice if these guys knew some babes who wanted to be in a movie.Guide: No swearing, sex, or nudity.
