How am I the only reviewer?!

This movie has no reviews anywhere, so I went into this blind HOWEVER, I'm a found footage junkie and this is a new one, so I'm excited. Right off the bat I'm thinking this is a very clear UK copy of Unfriended or The Host and I was 100% dead on with that (pun intended!). What I didn't realize until a few minutes in was this isn't a "serious" horror movie. Right away you're taken behind the scenes of the main character David via his computer/cam as he prepares for a new web show called Terrornet where people can pay to watch live ghost hunt/exorcism that is done live on cam without anyone leaving their house. It's a fun silly movie that "takes a p*ss" at itself and the genre, but still does a good job storytelling. I feel like the introduction to the original haunting could have been done a little better, but I get where they were coming from since this isn't trying too hard. I loved the way they wove the aspects of the situation together (I can't be more detailed without spoilers), because while it's a comedy horror, they still managed to entertain and keep the plot linear, which a lot of low budget horror movies really tend to lack. The acting was spot on, the effects were minimal and used well, there's very little shaky cam, no gore, and no animals at all.

I really wish zero stars could be an option. I'm not hard on low budget horror movies. I know they're hard to make, as my first one is in production, and is kind of a nightmare at times. But this movie just misses the mark in every possible way. It's completely unoriginal. If you've seen Unfriended or Host, you don't need to watch this movie, it's just those movies again. The acting isn't the worst, but isn't good either. The pacing is awful, nothing happens the entire movie, the main characters suck, and the ending is possibly the worst I've ever seen. 0/10. Avoid at all costs. Do not recommend at all.

TERRORible.

This film will leave viewers disappointed, confused, and annoyed.I generally enjoy found footage or home-filmed movies, but this one was particularly disappointing.It's advisable to avoid this disappointment like I did and choose a different movie.The film doesn't even begin with potential, but it does lead you to speculate about the plot. It takes an unexpected turn, resulting in confusion. It lacks purpose and fails to deliver on the horror aspect. There's nothing frightening, and it lacks the events that typically define a horror film.I have a strong dislike for this movie and wished I never gave it a shot to begin with. That's how bad this film is.
